Where Subscriptions Are Managed
TradingPlan Pro subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. TradingPlan doesn't handle billing directly — Apple processes all payments and manages subscription terms.
To manage your subscription, you need to go through Apple's subscription management — not the TradingPlan app itself.
How to Cancel or Change Your Plan
On iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your name at the top (Apple ID)
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find TradingPlan in the list
- Tap it to see options: cancel, change between monthly and annual, or view renewal date
On Mac
- Open the App Store
- Click your name / account icon at the bottom of the sidebar
- Click Manage Subscriptions
- Find TradingPlan and click to manage
Via Apple's Website
Go to appleid.apple.com, sign in, and go to Subscriptions.
What Happens When You Cancel
- Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period
- After the billing period ends, the app reverts to the free plan
- Your data is not deleted — all your strategies, routines, and plan content remain intact
- If you have more than one strategy, you'll see a prompt to choose which one to keep on the free plan (the others won't be deleted, but you'll need to choose which is active)
- The same applies to routines if you have more than one
Resubscribing
If you cancel and later want Pro again:
- Go to Profile → Upgrade to Pro
- Subscribe as normal
Your previous data (strategies, routines, plan) will still be there from when you last used the app.
Billing Questions
For questions about a specific charge, billing date, refund, or payment method, contact Apple directly:
- Apple Support: support.apple.com
- Request a refund: reportaproblem.apple.com
TradingPlan cannot process refunds — all billing is handled by Apple.
Checking Your Renewal Date
Your next renewal date is visible in Apple's Subscription management screen (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → TradingPlan on iPhone/iPad).
