These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TradingPlan application and associated website and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by TradingPlan Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom.
By downloading, installing, or using TradingPlan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
TradingPlan uses Sign In With Apple as its sole authentication method. You do not create a separate TradingPlan password — your account identity is managed entirely through your Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use TradingPlan. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

TradingPlan is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your trading plan data — strategies, rules, routines, risk parameters, and notes — is stored exclusively on your device and synced via your personal iCloud account. TradingPlan Ltd. does not have access to, and does not store, the contents of your trading plan.
The App contains no analytics, tracking, or third-party SDKs. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle personal information.
TradingPlan is free to download and includes a core set of features at no charge. An optional PRO subscription unlocks additional features including unlimited strategies, unlimited routines, and the advanced risk management suite.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. TradingPlan Ltd. does not handle payment card details directly.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the App Store under your Apple ID account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased during the trial period.
For refund requests, please contact Apple directly via the Apple Report a Problem page. As all billing is managed by Apple, TradingPlan Ltd. is unable to issue refunds directly.
You agree to use TradingPlan only for its intended purpose — building, maintaining, and executing your personal trading plan. You agree not to:
The Services and all original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the TradingPlan name, logo, interface design, and underlying software — are and will remain the exclusive property of TradingPlan Ltd. and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom and applicable international laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TradingPlan Ltd.
Content you create within TradingPlan (your strategies, rules, routines, and plan data) remains yours. We make no claim to ownership of that content.
TradingPlan is a productivity and personal planning tool designed to help traders build, document, and follow their own structured trading plans. TradingPlan Ltd. is not a financial adviser, broker, or investment manager.
Nothing within the App, Website, or any associated service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
All trading activity undertaken by users of TradingPlan is carried out entirely at their own risk. TradingPlan Ltd. accepts no liability for any financial losses, damages, or outcomes arising from trading decisions made by users of the Services.
If you are unsure whether trading is appropriate for your personal circumstances, you should seek independent financial advice from a regulated professional.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
TradingPlan Ltd. does not warrant that: (a) the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any defects or errors will be corrected; (c) the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Services will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradingPlan Ltd., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by TradingPlan Ltd. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services and encourage you to review their respective terms and policies.
TradingPlan's use of Sign In With Apple is subject to Apple's Terms of Service. All App Store purchases and subscriptions are governed by Apple's terms in addition to these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may stop using the Services at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at hello@tradingplan.io.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TradingPlan Ltd. regarding the Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide at least 30 days' notice before new Terms take effect, either by email or via a notice on our Website.
Continued use of the Services after revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the Services.
